Many of you would likely be surprised to learn that Barbara Walters is in her eighties, given that she does not appear to be that old.
In fact, based on how she looks, most people would guess that she is in her late fifties or early sixties.
However, it has been said that she has had numerous cosmetic procedures to make herself look younger than she actually is, which would explain why her appearance continues to defy age.
Barbara’s skin should have sagged more by now, and her jawline and neck shouldn’t be that firm without treatment. These could develop when a surgeon does both a facelift and a neck lift.

The smoothness and firmness of her neck are attributed in part to the rumored neck lift she received.
Barbara’s eyes ought to be just as wide apart, and she ought to have sagging skin and bags under her eyes, but none of these things are apparent. As a result, it appears that Barbara may have had a lower and/or an upper blepharoplasty to remove excess, hanging skin from her eyelids (eyelid surgery).
Since Barbara’s forehead looks so fresh and young, she may have also had a browlift or forehead lift. However, reconstructive operations like these are notoriously difficult to verify.
Barbara appears to be twenty or more years younger than her true age, which may be the result of several facelifts. Even plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn thinks Barbara looks amazing for her age and speculates that she may have had extensive cosmetic work done.
Dr. Anthony thinks she may have had a browlift, blepharoplasty, and/or facelift in the past. Barbara is probably not the only celebrity to have received extensive plastic surgery; nevertheless, unlike many others, her results are notably excellent and age-defying.
